See All Attachments Across Your Workspace

For a comprehensive overview of every task containing attachments across your entire ClickUp workspace, leverage the "Everything" view combined with filters. This method allows you to identify all tasks that have files associated with them.

  1. Navigate to the "Everything" View: From the left sidebar in ClickUp, click on your Workspace name at the top. From the dropdown menu, select Everything. This view consolidates all tasks from every Space, Folder, and List within your workspace.
  2. Create or Select a List View: Ensure you are in a List view. If you don't have one, click on the + View button and select List.
  3. Expand All Subtasks: In the upper-left corner of the List view, locate the Subtasks option. Click on it and select Expand all. This action ensures that all subtasks, nested within parent tasks, are visible and included in your overview, as they might also contain attachments.
