To check your Fi subscription (often referred to as your Fi Membership) status, you can easily do so through the Fi App on your mobile device by navigating through your dog's profile and collar details.
Checking Your Fi Subscription Status
Keeping track of your Fi subscription ensures your dog's collar features, like GPS tracking and activity monitoring, remain active. Follow these simple steps within the Fi App to view your membership details.
- Open the Fi App: Launch the Fi App on your smartphone or tablet.
- Access Dog's Profile: Tap your dog's avatar located in the lower-right corner of your screen.
- Open Menu: Once you are on your dog's profile screen, tap the three stacked lines (Menu button) to open the main menu.
- Go to Collars: From the menu, select Collars.
- Select Dog's Collar: Choose the specific dog's collar for which you wish to view the membership details.
- View Membership Details: On the collar's detail page, tap View Details right next to Your Membership.
