Kamran was the younger brother of Humayun.

The Relationship Between Kamran and Humayun
Kamran was one of the sons of Babur, the founder of the Mughal Empire, making him a brother to Humayun, who succeeded Babur as the second Mughal emperor. Their fraternal bond was frequently tested by political ambitions and rivalries for power within the nascent empire.
