Adding a co-agent to a deal in SkySlope is a straightforward process that involves navigating within the deal's interface to its financial and participant management sections. Follow these steps to successfully include another agent:
- Navigate to the Deal: Begin by going to the specific deal in SkySlope where you wish to add the co-agent. Each transaction or property sale typically has its own dedicated deal page.
- Locate Disbursement Card: Once inside the deal, scroll down the page until you find the Disbursement card. This section is usually where financial details and participant information related to commissions are managed.
- Manage Sales Entities: On the Disbursement card, click the button labeled Manage Sales Entities. This action will open a new window or pop-up, dedicated to handling all parties involved in the sales aspect of the deal.
- Add Sales Entity: Within the new window, look for and click the Add Sales Entity button. This initiates the process of adding a new individual or entity to the deal's participant list.
- Find and Select Contact: You can now search for the correct co-agent contact. You have two options:
- Type their name into the search bar.
- Scroll through the provided list of contacts to manually locate them.
- Confirm Addition: Once you have identified and selected the correct contact, they will be automatically added as a Sales Entity to your deal. This integration ensures their involvement is recognized for tracking and disbursement purposes.
