Kenny McCormick, a beloved character from South Park, officially returned to life in the Season 6 finale episode, "Red Sleigh Down." This marked his proper comeback after an extended absence from the series.
Kenny's Return to South Park
Following his apparent permanent death at the end of Season 5, Kenny's return was a significant event for fans. During his absence, Eric Cartman and Stan Marsh searched for him, and Butters Stotch had stepped into a more prominent role, becoming a main character and a solid, if different, replacement for Kenny within the group dynamic.
When Kenny reappeared, his return was rather understated. Upon being asked where he had been, Kenny simply stated that he was "just been over there," providing a characteristically nonchalant explanation for his long hiatus and numerous previous deaths. His return in "Red Sleigh Down" re-established his place among the main cast, bringing back one of South Park's most iconic running gags and beloved characters.
